The UTM field type makes it easy to save all of the UTM tags from the page on your that your form was loaded on.
To add a UTM field to your Caldera Form, from the form editor drag the New Field button into your form grid. Then select the Special category and then select UTM. In the field settings, give the field a name. That’s all you need to do.
This field type was added in Caldera Forms 1.5.2.
