CalderaWP Stickers

There is a lot of small pieces of news that I wanted to share. First, we have released minor updates for three of our plugins. Also, I am headed to Philadelphia tonight for the WordPress community summit and WordCamp US and I have a very limited supply of CalderaWP stickers to give away.

If you are a user of any CalderaWP plugins or have considered trying out one of our plugins, please come find me at WordCamp US. Make sure to find me early before I run out of stickers.

I’d love to meet you, say thank you for being a CalderaWP customer, and give you a sticker. I’d also like to show you a super-secret, new, form-related plugin we are working on.

The Bug Fixes

Today we released the following updates:

Connected Caldera Forms: Fixed a bug preventing forms without any conditional logic from being loaded properly in the second or greater part of the sequence. Version: 1.0.1

Easy Pods: Fixed a bug preventing some search forms from working. Version 1.1.5

Easy Queries: Same bug as in Easy Pods. Version 1.0.3

A Note On Updates

Your CalderaWP license entitles you to updates while your license is active. Updates can be accessed using one of two methods:

  1. By downloading the latest version from your account page and manually uploading it to your site.
  2. Using the WordPress plugin updater

The first option works, but is not particularly convenient. The second option, using the WordPress plugin updater is the recommended way.

In order to receive updates for your Caldera plugins directly through WordPress you most follow these steps:

  1. Install and activate the CalderaWP License Manager plugin.
  2. Activate your license. The code can be found in your account page.
  3. Update the plugin through the regular WordPress plugin manager or updates admin screens.

If you are not seeing an update that should be available in the WordPress plugin admin screen, check that your license is reporting as active. If your license is active, the act of checking its status in the license manager will cause your site to check ours for updates.

If you believe that your license is already active or should be active on your site, but the license manager does not report it as so, be sure to check your if your site is listed as active in your account page. If so, remove the activation manually and try again.

  1. Hey, what about us woebegone WordPressers out here who are unable to attend WCUS? I speak for the miserable, the heavy-hearted and everything else in my thesaurus, when I say we could use a bright spot in our day. Tell us please, what is the secret and for goodness sakes how do we get a STICKER??
