That time of year is upon us again—holiday season! 2018 has been a rollercoaster ride for our team here at Caldera WP. From opening our first office to expanding our team to serve you better, and partnering with WP Buffs for improving our support services, we learned a lot (and made some mistakes along the way — who hasn’t?). Yet, from the bottom of mine and Josh’s heart, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thanks for being around!
And as the year comes to a close, it’s time for all of us to recharge our batteries and get ready for 2019. Team Caldera will be taking off 5pm Friday December 21st 2018, and reopen Wednesday 8:30am January 2nd 2019.
However, our support team will also be available on a limited basis as outlined below:
- December 22nd, 2018 — December 25th, 2018: CLOSED
- December 26th, 2018 — December 30th, 2018: Limited hours (12pm — 3pm). Please allow for extra response time.
- December 31st, 2018 — January 1st, 2019: CLOSED
