Bugs Fixes
- New file fields with multiple files uploaded, did not attach all files to email.
- Errors caused by file fields on versions of WordPress older than 5.0.
- Prevented a JavaScript error on the form during submission event
- Conditionally disabled fields were not rendering properly if disabled by default.
- Toggle switch field not updating properly
